I use floral, representational and abstract images to illuminate emotion and probe the concept of beauty, visibility, strength and age in a way that reveals some truth about these things in an intriguing and unique manner. I love to experiment and a big part of my process is about giving myself permission to play. I use play in two fundamental ways: play as in testing techniques, materials, and methods and play as in just seeing where the paint takes me.
